Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with Acute Liver Failure with age >12yrs.
2.Patientâ??s next-of-kin consenting to the study protocol.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with ocular trauma.
2.Patients in whom transcranial window is not available for doppler.
3.Patients with previous CVA, cerebral aneurism, intracranial pathology and neurosurgery.
