Inclusion Criteria
1.GPs participating in the main IMPROVE-MH trial
2.preferably Arabic language skills
3.at least 1 year of professional experience
4.willingness to participate in a 1-day training seminar within the IMPROVE-MH study
Exclusion Criteria
1. GP-s who do not meet all the above inclusion criteria.
2. GP-s who have not agreed to participate in the main study
3. With inadequate German language skills
