current inpatient hospital stay due to an acute coronary syndrome
- at least 70 years old
- informed consent signed
- in the case of inclusion, it is to be assumed that the patient can be discharged to the family at the end of the stay in the hospital
- the presence of a malignant disease with a life expectancy within the observation period,
- in the opinion of the attending doctor expected compliance problems,
- inability to deal with telemedicine equipment or telephone communication,
- concurrent participation in other studies,
- implanted assist device as well as listing for heart transplantation.
