入选标准
- •All patients above 18 years of age on mechanical ventilator and non-ventilated patients who were prescribed physiotherapy after 48 hours of ICU admission.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with hemodynamic instability (MAP ââ?°Â¥ 120mmHg or ââ?°Â¤ 60mmHg, HR ââ?°Â¥ 140bpm or ââ?°Â¤ 50bpm, and the presence of arrhythmias with hypotension)
- •2.Patients with ventilatory instability ââ?¬â?? FiO2ââ?°Â¥ 0.8 or the need for PEEP ââ?°Â¥ 10cmH2O
- •3.Presence of fractures for which immobilization is advised.
- •4.Conditions with raised Intracranial pressures such as traumatic brain injury and stroke.
- •5.Patients with poor echocardiographic window.
- •6.Pregnancy
