Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All patients above 18 years of age on mechanical ventilator and non\-ventilated patients who were prescribed physiotherapy after 48 hours of ICU admission.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with hemodynamic instability (MAP ââ?°Â¥ 120mmHg or ââ?°Â¤ 60mmHg, HR ââ?°Â¥ 140bpm or ââ?°Â¤ 50bpm, and the presence of arrhythmias with hypotension)
  • •2\.Patients with ventilatory instability ââ?¬â?? FiO2ââ?°Â¥ 0\.8 or the need for PEEP ââ?°Â¥ 10cmH2O
  • •3\.Presence of fractures for which immobilization is advised.
  • •4\.Conditions with raised Intracranial pressures such as traumatic brain injury and stroke.
  • •5\.Patients with poor echocardiographic window.
  • •6\.Pregnancy
