Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1) Age between 18-70 years.
- •2) Proven cirrhosis (Defined in appendix 1).
- •3) HCC proven by standard radiological criteria within last 1-month
- •4) No HCC on dynamic CT and/or dynamic MRI (protocol defined in appendix 1) done within last 1 month
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) Previous biopsy or FNA of the tumor.1
- •2) Previous invasive radiological procedures TACE/RFA.
- •3) Previous or ongoing chemotherapy or biological therapy.
- •4) Previous liver resection or transplant.
- •5) Segmental / main PV thrombosis.2
- •6) Atypical enhancement on imaging
- •7) Extrahepatic metastatic spread of HCC3
- •8) Coexisting sepsis.
- •9) Renal dysfunction, as defined by serum creatinine >1.5mg/dL.5
