1. Children who required dental treatment under LA in both
quadrants of mandibular arch.
2. Children who belonged to Frankl Positive and Definitely Positive
behavior (Frankl behavior rating scale).
3. The presence of at least one parent/guardian during the
procedure.
1. Children who require treatment under LA in only one quadrant.
2. Children with special health care needs.
3. Patients with diagnosed chronic/systemic medical conditions.
4. Known medical conditions limiting the cognitive development of
the child.
5. Children with known communicative disorders or psychiatric
diagnosis.
6. Lack of parental consent.
7. Absence of a Parent/Guardian during the procedure.
