入选标准
- •Neonates born in the hospital will be eligible for enrolment if they fulfil the following inclusion criteria
- •1. Gestation age at birth > 28 weeks and birth weight > 800gms.
- •2. Neonates who were intubated within 72 hrs of birth.
排除标准
- •Neonates with any of the following conditions will be excluded
- •1.Major congenital malformations.
- •2. Neonates with pulmonary haemorrhage before enrolment.
- •3.Neonates with Pneumothorax before enrolment.
- •4. Neonates who were intubated and ventilated outside NICU for more than 6 hrs.
