Inclusion Criteria
1) subject: COPD patients with stage II-IV
2) age, sex: equal or over 20, both sex
3) symptom: stable more than 3 months
4) past disease: any
5) comorbidity: anyone who can undergo 6 minutes walking test
6) laboratory data: consisted to COPD criteria in pulmonary function tests
7) anyone who can agree to consent form
Exclusion Criteria
1) anyone who cannot agree consent form
2) anyone who is not suitable in investigator decision
