Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Will be included in the study patients of both sexes; chronological age from 28 days to 14 years incomplete; hospitalized in the PICU for more than 24 hours; using mechanical ventilation; sedated and adapted to the mechanical ventilator; with hemodynamic stability and consent of the patients parents and / or guardians by signing a free and informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Tracheostomized patients; with previous diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis; with unilateral lung disease; with contraindication to head elevation; and patients whose caregivers withdrew their consent from the study will be excluded from
