入选标准
- •Patient undergoing Transurethral resection of prostate (TUR-P) under spinal anesthesia
- •ASA physical status class I-III
- •able to make decision and communicate
- •on urinary catheter traction at least 12 hours after operation
排除标准
- •known allergic to nefopam or morphine
- •heart failure
- •liver disease (total bilirubin>1.2 mg/dl AST>80 U/L ALT>66 U/L ALP>240 U/L)
- •Chronic kidney disease (GFR<60 ml/min/1.73 cm3)
- •current usage of monoamine oxidase inhibitor
- •drug abuse, alcoholism
- •acute closed angle glaucoma
- •morbid obesity (BMI>40 kg/m2)
- •psychological illness
- •chronic pain
