Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Parturients between 18 – 40 years undergoing elective caesarean section under spinal anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. History of significant cardiac, renal or liver diseases
- •2. Hypersensitivity to study medications
- •3. Anaemia (Hb less than 10)
- •4. Coagulation disorders
- •5. Patients on antiplatelets or anticoagulants
- •6. Local infection
- •7. Methhemoglobinemia
