- •Zweittumore ausserhalb des Kopf-Hals (Ausnahme kontrollierte Hautkarzinome oder in-situ Karzinome der Cervix)
- •hämatogene Metastasierung
- •vorhergehende Chirurgie (Ausnahme Probeexcision)
- •vorhergehende Strahlentherapie in der Kopf-Hals-Region
- •vorhergehende Chemotherapie
- •lymphoepitheliale Karzinome
- •Mundhöhle, Nasopharynx und Larynx
- •funktionell relevante arteriosklerotische Begleiterkrankung
- •Hypertonie (diastolische Werte über 100mm Hg)
- •insulinpflichtiger Diabetes
- •schwere Leberzirrhose
- •Niereninsuffizienz
- •Hb unter 10
- •bekannte HIV-Infektion
- •zu erwartende fehlende Patientencompliance
- •nicht saniertes Gebiss
