Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.American society of Anaesthesiologist II ,III
- •2\.Patient undergoing elective and emergency caesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Contraindication for neuraxial anaesthesia like local sepsis, coagulopathy, increased intracranial pressure, spinal deformity, fixed cardiac output.
- •2\.H/O recurrent headache in the past
- •3\.H/O Occipital neuralgia/ Migraine
- •4\.Pregnancy induced hypertension
- •5\.Multiple gestation
- •6\.Antepartum hemorrhage
- •7\.Previous PDPH
- •8\.Caesarean section category I
