Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.American society of Anaesthesiologist II ,III
  • 2\.Patient undergoing elective and emergency caesarean section

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Contraindication for neuraxial anaesthesia like local sepsis, coagulopathy, increased intracranial pressure, spinal deformity, fixed cardiac output.
  • 2\.H/O recurrent headache in the past
  • 3\.H/O Occipital neuralgia/ Migraine
  • 4\.Pregnancy induced hypertension
  • 5\.Multiple gestation
  • 6\.Antepartum hemorrhage
  • 7\.Previous PDPH
  • 8\.Caesarean section category I
