•2.Patient undergoing elective and emergency caesarean section

排除标准

•1.Contraindication for neuraxial anaesthesia like local sepsis, coagulopathy, increased intracranial pressure, spinal deformity, fixed cardiac output.
•2.H/O recurrent headache in the past
•3.H/O Occipital neuralgia/ Migraine
•4.Pregnancy induced hypertension
•5.Multiple gestation
•6.Antepartum hemorrhage
•7.Previous PDPH
•8.Caesarean section category I
