Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.American society of Anaesthesiologist II ,III
  • •2\.Patient undergoing elective and emergency caesarean section

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Contraindication for neuraxial anaesthesia like local sepsis, coagulopathy, increased intracranial pressure, spinal deformity, fixed cardiac output.
  • •2\.H/O recurrent headache in the past
  • •3\.H/O Occipital neuralgia/ Migraine
  • •4\.Pregnancy induced hypertension
  • •5\.Multiple gestation
  • •6\.Antepartum hemorrhage
  • •7\.Previous PDPH
  • •8\.Caesarean section category I
