- •2. Patients undergoing elective surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
- •3. American society of Anaesthesiologist physical status class I and II
排除标准
- •1. Body Mass Index >35
- •2. Contraindications for subarachnoid block
- •3. Previous history of PDPH
- •4. Previous history of recurrent headache or migraine
- •5. Spine abnormalities
- •6. Hypersensitivity to anaesthetic drug
- •7. Bleeding diathesis and coagulopathy
- •8. Raised ICP
