Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age 18yr\-60yr
- •2\. Patients undergoing elective surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
- •3\. American society of Anaesthesiologist physical status class I and II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Body Mass Index \>35
- •2\. Contraindications for subarachnoid block
- •3\. Previous history of PDPH
- •4\. Previous history of recurrent headache or migraine
- •5\. Spine abnormalities
- •6\. Hypersensitivity to anaesthetic drug
- •7\. Bleeding diathesis and coagulopathy
- •8\. Raised ICP
