Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age 18yr\-60yr
  • •2\. Patients undergoing elective surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
  • •3\. American society of Anaesthesiologist physical status class I and II

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Body Mass Index \>35
  • •2\. Contraindications for subarachnoid block
  • •3\. Previous history of PDPH
  • •4\. Previous history of recurrent headache or migraine
  • •5\. Spine abnormalities
  • •6\. Hypersensitivity to anaesthetic drug
  • •7\. Bleeding diathesis and coagulopathy
  • •8\. Raised ICP
