Inclusion Criteria
Any patients age 18 years to 60 years with acute nasopharyngitis, acute rhinitis and acute rhinosinusitis who is evaluated by physician that capable to do nasal irrigation by himself.
Exclusion Criteria
anatomical abnormality of nasal structure including deviated nasal septum, marked unilateral swelling of inferior turbinate
nasal mass (tumor, nasal polyp)
regular nasal irrigation users
