Inclusion Criteria
•Patients undergoing Craniectomy for Brain pathologies
•Age between 18 to 65 years
•ASA I and II patients
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal for consent
2.Extremes of age ( <18 Years and >65 years)
3.Pregnancy
4.Patients with known bleeding disorders/coagulopathy (Platelets <1 lakh and PTI <75%)
5.Patients on antiplatelets and anticoagulants
6.Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease (DM, HTN, CKD, Liver failure, CAD)
7.Chronic NSAIDS within recent 2 weeks prior to surgery
8.Chronic alcohol or drug abuse
9.Massive blood loss
