- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess the variation on CO2 gap with colloids and crystalloids in neurosurgical patientsTimepoint: At the time of incision,2hrs after incisional the time of closure, after 30 mins in PACU/IC
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess correlation between CO2 gap and other tissue hypo perfusion markers- lactate and central venous oxygen saturationTimepoint: At the time of incision, 2hrs after incision, at the time of closure, after 30 mins in PACU/ICU;To observe the effect of fluid therapy on-variation in haemodynamic parameters( Heart rate, mean arterial pressure, diastolic pressure,Systolic blood pressure,Oxygen Saturation, urine output )Timepoint: baseline,1st hour,2nd hour,3rd hour,4th hour,5th hour,6th hour,7th hour,PACU/IC
