Patients with persistent fatigue after cured COVID-19 disease min. 6 weeks, MFI > 50 min 4/5 areas affected
- Post-Covid Functional Scale ± 2
- Normal LVEF
- Nt-pro-BNP, troponin T in normal range
- FEV1 and FVC within normal range
- Known underlying pulmonary or cardiac disease defined as heart failure with preserved or reduced pump function, myocarditis, known coronary artery disease, obstructive restrictive lung disease.
- COVID-19 conditional cardiovascular complication e.g. pulmonary embolism, pulmonary fibrosis, myocardial infarction, myocarditis.

Name Time Method - Subjective improvement in perceived fatigue according to MFI-20 in at least 2 of 5 categories at follow-up (1st/3rd/6th month)
