1. Parent or caregiver of a paediatric patient age < 10 years
2. Patient Reporting with chief complaint of illness with acute onset ( <14 days)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient with chief complaint related to any chronic illness (�14 days)
2. Patient referred from any other health facility
