入排标准
入选标准
- •28 - 34 weeks of gestation admitted in NICU
- •Weight- less than 1500g
- •preterm who has respiratory rate greater than 60 breaths /minute
- •Gender-both male and female included
- •Preterms who are under non invasive respiratory support
- •APGAR Score at 5 minutes ranged between 4-6
- •Infants with written assent of their parents
排除标准
- •Presence of chest wall deformities
- •Neonates who have underwent respiratory surgeries
- •Fetal hydrops
- •Persistent pulmonary hypertension
- •No major airway intervention like manual hyperinflation or bronchial lavage performed in previous 12h.
