Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •healthy female patients
  • •aged 18 †45 years old
  • •cervicomental angle more than 120 degree
  • •BMI 18\.50\-24\.99 kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Systemic corticosteroid
  • •Systemic immunosuppressive agents
  • •breast feeding
  • •Infected or noninfected lesions on the submental area
  • •History of thread lifting, mandibular bone surgery
  • •Bleeding tendency
  • •History of fat reduction procedure within 6 months
  • •Weight loss pill ingestion within 3 months
