- •ICU\-admitted children
- •Under mechanical ventilation
- •Diagnosis of pleural effusion
- •Age range of 1\-12 years old
- •Systolic blood pressure above 100 mmHg
- •Serum albumin levels of less than 2\.5 mg/dl
