- •Patients of sepsis as per standard criteria laid down in sepsis guidelines 2016(sepsis 3) with hypoalbuminemia
排除标准
- •Patients with chronic liver disease and chronic kidney disease
- •Expected length of hospital stay is less then 3 days
- •Evidence of fluid overload
- •Patients of burns and trauma
- •Immunocompromised status
- •Patients of anaphylaxis and adrenal insufficiency
- •Malnourishment and malabsorption
