This study suggested the safety and efficacy of low dose Carperitide in patients with acute heart failure. In addition, to treat effectively with using Carperitide, measurement of baseline ANP levels and focusing on the presence of HFpEF and AF would be necessary.

Hospitalized patients with acute heart failure and treated by administration of Carperitide.
1 Under 20 years old
2 With ventricular assist device
3 Cardiogenic shock; treated by catecholamine
4 Dehydration
5 Dialysis
6 Allergy to Carperitide
7 Pregnancy, lactating woman
8 Acute myocardial infarction
