This study was conducted with 33 youth basketball players belonging to W Middle School in Seoul and H Middle School in Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. The selection conditions for this study were selected as those who do not have pain due to current injury, etc., those who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study, and those who have physically limited functional movement.
The criteria for exclusion of study subjects are as follows. Those who had a history of orthopedic surgery within the last 3 months, those with neurological damage, and those who gave up for personal reasons were excluded.
