Pain and tenderness (Grade-I & II) over tendo achillis region.
Positive knee to wall test
BMI-18.5-24.9 kg/m2
Participants who are willing to be a part of the study.
Participants having acute injury, blunt trauma, or skin disorder.
Unable to physically tolerate ART
History of tendon rupture or other musculoskeletal injury on the involved limb.
Diagnosis of rheumatological disease/connective tissue condition, symptomatic arthritis of foot and ankle, a primary running related injury outside Achilles tendinopathy.
Known underlying cardiac condition.
History of known Achilles tendon rupture.
Use of fluoroquinolone or steroid at time of study enrolment
