Children aged 1 month to 10 years
Patient hospitalized in Ramathibodi hospital with lower respiratory illness
Patient who require airway clearance therapy due to retain secretion
Patient with
- hemodynamic instability
- pneumothorax / pleural effusion
- bone fragility or rib fractures
- increased intracranial pressure
- active hemoptysis or risk of bleeding
- Patient who refused to participate
- Patient who require airway clearance therapy more often than q 4 hours or less often than q 6 hours
