1. Individuals in good health otherwise from respiratory disease
2. Patients suffering from at least two symptoms that suggest Respiratory Inflammatory Disease:
- Recurrent Sneeze
- Itchy Eyes
- Anterior or posterior rhinorrhea
- Blocked Nose
- Cough
- Wheeze or Asthma attacks
- Seasonal variation of airway symptoms
3. Age between 18 and 75 years
1. Inability to understand or to communicate with investigator or to understand the aim of the study
2. Any currently relevant medical history of addiction to alcohol, drugs or medical substances
3. Any currently relevant medical history of clinically significant internal
disease that is not primarily affecting the airways and that is not
controlled by medication
4. Concommitant medication: Intake of topical nasal steroids, systemic leukotriene antagonists or any antihistamines within the last 7 days before study visit or systemic glucocorticoids within the last 10 days or Specific Immunotherapy within the last 5 years
