入选标准
- •1. patients for video-assisted thoracoscopy: atypical wedge resections for round herd resection/securing, lung and pleural biopsies, bulllectomy and pleurodeses, the care of the uncomplicated early empyema for VATS decoration, lung tip resections and parietal pleurectomies for pneumothorax and talcum pleurodeses
- •2. there is a clinical indication to perform a regional pain procedure and the patient has agreed.
- •3. age from 18 years
- •4. written consent of the patient to the study has been obtained
- •5. ASA I-III
- •6. BMI </= 30
排除标准
- •1. heart failure NYHA >II
- •2. COPD > Gold II
- •3. patients with an increased risk of aspiration
- •4. lack of willingness to cooperate (compliance)
- •5. women during pregnancy and lactation
- •6. BMI >30
- •7. any neuromuscular disease
- •8. participation in other interventional studies within the last three months
- •9. pacemakers or other implanted pacemaker or stimulator systems
