- •Any contraindication for central neuraxial blocks like Raised intra cranial pressures, Coagulation abnormalities, Previous neurological deficits, Local skin infections, Skeletal metastasis to vertebrae, patient not willing for central neuraxial block, BMI 25, obvious scoliosis or kyphosis
