1. Age of the patient (between 18 and 40 years)

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain. Timepoint: 2,4,7 and 14 days after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.;Wound healing. Timepoint: one and two weeks days after surgery. Method of measurement: Probing every scar in three points that divides the wound into 4 equal parts.;Sewlling. Timepoint: 2 and 3 weeks and first, second and third month after surgery. Method of measurement: 1) The distance between the tragus to the corner of the mouth 2) The distance between the tragus to the pogonion 3) The distance between the Gonion and the Kantus.
