Effect of reperfusion on infarct size and cardiac function evaluated with MRI and echocardiography/Effekt av reperfusion på infarktstorlek och hjärtfunktion utvärderat med MR och ultraljud - Infarct_MRI_adenosi
- Conditions
- Patients recovering 6weeks after primary PCI for ST-elevation Myocardial Infarction. This application concerns the use of gadolinium contrast to visualise myocardial infarct size using MRI. Adenosine will be used as a physiological adjunct to better determine the presence of ischemia as well as infarction.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Main Objective: Objective infarct sizing after PCI for STEMI, related to the time between start of chest pain and opening up of the infarct related artery.;Secondary Objective: Detect possible remaining ischemia by observing a delayed wash-in of gadolinium during adenosin infusion.;Primary end point(s): Infarct size at the time of study.

Ischemia at adenosine infusion.
