Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1 Undergoing Off Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Graft surgery
  • 2 Patients willing to participate
  • 3 Patients between 30 years and 70 years
  • 4 Patients weight more than 40 Kilograms

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients having contraindications to use of Trans\-oesophageal probe.
  • Patients having heart valve disease of any kind.
  • Patients having moderate to Severe LV dysfunction with reduced EF
  • Patients having arrythmias.
  • Patients with intra aortic balloon pump support
  • Patients having a condition with hyperdynamic circulation
  • Patients that might need cardiopulmonary bypass support during surgery
