Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Employed parents of children, 6 to 12 years of age.
  • •2\. Should be a part of dual earner household.
  • •3\. The number of working hours should be a minimum of 8 hours.
  • •4\. Should have at least 8th grade reading level in English.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Employed parent currently not living with their
  • •child/children.
  • •2\. Employed parents who stay in joint families.
  • •3\. Employed parents whose children have special needs are to be excluded.
  • •4\. Parents who work\-from\-home.
  • •5\. Parents whose working hours exceed 12 hours.
  • •6\. Employed parents who have more than two children.
  • •7\. Shift workers will be excluded.
