Inclusion Criteria

Male or female, =40 years old, therapy naïve, suspicious to lung cancer or other lung disease, sufficient knowledge of German, willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

Known infectious diseases (HIV, HCV, HBV), advanced, curatively-treated cancer within last 5 years, past diagnosed lung cancer
