1. Cases with calculi of size less than 12mm (single or multiple stones).
2. Patient with the age group of 18-59 years.
3. Diagnosed cases will be included and those cases which are not diagnosed will be advised USG at baseline.
4. Patients with known but controlled Systemic diseases are eligible for the study.
5. Patient willing to give consent for participation.
1. Cases with calculi of size more than 12mm.
2. Cases with severe hydronephrosis, uremia, and acute retention of urine for more than 24 hours.
Gross developmental defects or structural abnormality of the kidney.
3. Pregnant women and Lactating mothers are not included in the study.
4. Patient suffering from uncontrolled Systemic illness or life-threatening infections or any vital organ failure or any malignancy.
