Children in the age group 5-18 years
Children with active discharge from ear and recent complain of discharge from ear
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with hearing loss due to diseases of inner ear
Patients undergoing any antibiotic treatment.
Patients with Atticoantral type of otitis media
