Inclusion Criteria

Age group 19-35 years

Post natal women with lumbar hyper lordosis (pod-3)

Lower segment caesarean section and Full-term normal delivery both

Anterior pelvic tilt angle of >13°.

Exclusion Criteria

History of trauma to spine and women with congenital spinal deformity.

LBP having localized or radiating pain

Weakness due to neurological disorders

Kyphoscoliosis

Radiculopathy

Discogenic pain

Mother with severe post-natal problems
