Individuals diagnosed with Lower Crossed Syndrome having low back pain with lumbar lordosis angle more than 40 degrees. All genders with age group 18-60 years and who are willing to participate in the study.
Clinically diagnosed with neurological symptoms involving Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc, Radiculopathy.
History of abdominal, spinal surgeries/trauma/fracture less than two years. Who have undergone physiotherapy treatment in the last 3 months for low back pain.
Who are unable to comprehend the command. Diagnosed with any medical conditions which is contraindicated for exercises.
Pregnant woman.
