Inclusion Criteria
1.Low back pain more than 3 months,2.No radiating pain to the leg 3.Age 30-60 Years 4.Both Male and Female 5.VAS pain level between 3-6 on pain scale 6.20% - 40% Oswestry disability index
7.Kyphotic index should be range from 8-13
Exclusion Criteria
1Any previous spine surgery, 2.Medical history of cardiovascular problem, 3.Neurological disorder,4.Red flags signs,5.History of specific pathology of spine e.g.Ankylosing spondylitis, spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, Slipped Intervertebral discs, spinal tumour, spinal stenosis, cauda equine syndrome, & spine infection] and pregnant women were excluded from the study.
