Age 18-60 years old
paresthesia more than 3 months
Carpal tunnel syndrome, mild to moderate degree (diagnoses by nerve conduction study)
Underlying metabolic disorders such as diabetes mellitus or thyroid or kidney diseases
Inflammation of joints in the hand such as rheumatoid arthritis
Previous distal radial fracture
Wrist-hand deformities
History of Cervical radiculopathy
History of Polyneuropathy
History of Proximal median neuropathy
History of Ulnar neuropathy
History of Received CTS surgical release or steroid injection
Pregnant
tattoo at palm or wrist
