Inclusion Criteria
Patients of ASA I and ASA II category undergoing general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients of ASA grade III or more.
Ischemic heart disease.
Hypertension.
Anticipated difficult airway.

Name Time Method To compare the clinically significant adverse effects like bradycardia, hypotension requiring treatment. Definitions : Heart rate less than 50bpm is defined as bradycardia requiring treatment. Hypotension requiring treatment is defined as MAP less than 60 mmHgTimepoint: 2 YEARS
