working in technical section of the Iran Chemical Industry Investment Company; working in a day shift; not facing everyday life stressful events such as a death, divorce and other miserable events in a year prior to the study; being interested in attending the study; having at least one year of work experience in one of the technical units of ICIIC; being exposed to industrial stressful factors (noise, environmental pollutants, tools and machinery etc); no history of cardiovascular diseases, asthma, allergy, hypertension, kidney and psychotic disorders , and taking the related medications.
exclusion criteria: facing everyday life stressful events such as a death, divorce and other miserable events during the study; not being interested in attending the study; cardiovascular diseases, asthma, allergy, hypertension, kidney and psychotic disorders, and taking the related medications; every health problem that may be harmful for participants to continue intervention (after expertise council).
