- •1)physical status ASA 1-2
- •2)surgery in supine position under general anaesthesia lasting for up to two hours
排除标准
- •1)history of prior sore throat
- •2)patients using steroids or NSAIDS
- •3)patient with COPD, Asthma
- •4)mallampati grade >2
- •5)patients with >2 attempts of intubation
- •6)pregnant women
- •7)patient and/or his/her acceptable representative not willing to provide their voluntary written informed consent for participation in the study
