1) Diagnosis of Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) according to the modified New York criteria
2) Patients taked anti-TNF treatment and maintained clinically stable state (BASDAI < 4)
3) Be sedentary (defined as participation in no routine exercise activities)
1) Inability or unwillingness to participate in physiotherapy
2) Patients with cardiac or respiratory disease (esp, Interstitial lung disease, asthma, COPD)
3) Pregnancy
4) Patients who had been exercising regularly during the past six months
5) The current user of MTX, sulfasalzine, steroid is excluded
