Informed consent and the ability to participate in the implementation of the plan
Suffering from end-stage kidney disease
At least 6 months have passed since the start of hemodialysis treatment
Dialysis three times a week and four hours each time
Age more than 18 years
Maximum age of 60 years
Absence of cardiopulmonary disease and other acute diseases
Does not have a history of mental disorders (neurological diseases for which the patient is under the treatment of a neurologist)
No stressful events in the last one month (any event that increases mental and emotional pressure on the patient, such as divorce, death of close relatives, loss of job, migration, and severe accident)
Having arteriovenous fistula
Withdrawal of patients from participating in the study
Subjecting the patient to other treatments (meaning kidney transplant or hospitalization of the patient for any reason)
Hepatitis, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, septicemia and chemotherapy
