Children aged 1 month to 1 year diagnosed with acute bronchiolitis diagnosed clinically as per American academy of paediatric guidelines and classified into mild , moderate and severe bronchiolitis based on Clinical Respiratory Score.
Clinically ill infants who need immediate respiratory support and ICU admission.
Infants with previously diagnosed congenital heart disease, neurological disorders.
Infants with upper airway obstruction.
Infants with craniofacial malformations.
Infants who have received oxygen therapy at home or other hospital.
Infants having coexisting pneumothorax or nasal trauma.
Infants whose parents refuse to give consent to participate in study.
