* Patients aged 8-17 years with the clinical diagnosis of OCD based on a semi-structured clinical interview (DCL-ZWA; Döpfner & Görtz-Dorten, 2017)
* Obsessions occur in the domestic setting and can be audiovisual observed
*Value of the CY-BOCS-ratingscale <=16 (moderate OCD-serverity)
* Preliminary OCD
* Cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and ERP are indicated
* if there is an OCD-related medication, no change of dosage is expected (clinical rating); pharmacotherapy is conducted independently
* patients and parents agree with ERP via online-coaching (informed consent)
* patients have WLAN at home
* Pervasive developmental disorder
*Personality disorder
*Psychosis or other preliminary disorder
*IQ<=79
* Changes which indicate an inpatient treatment
