Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with supratentorial brain tumor posted for craniotomy and excision
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient with Glasgow Coma Scale \<15
- •Patient with Midline shift \>5mm in CT scan of brain
- •Patient having moderate to severe pulmonary obstruction or restriction
- •Patient having decompensated cardiac disease such as arrhythmias, ischemic or valvular heart disease.
