Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Asymptomatic Patients with necrotic pulp in permanent mature teeth with a closed apex associated with or without periapical radiolucency, no response of vital pulp with thermal test and electric pulp testing, no tooth mobility, and a pocket depth \<3 mm.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with medical conditions like cardiac problems, pregnant patients, diabetic patients, bleeding tendencies, HIV\+ patients, hepatitis\-B. All patients will go through HIV screening.
